Do I have to pay to assist my child if I don't climb?
No. You do not have to pay to enjoy and assist your children inside the climbing area.
I have no previous climbing experience, is Clip 'n Climb for me?
Clip 'n Climb is designed to be fun for everyone aged 4 and up. The difficulty of our 44 climbing lines varies so there is something for everyone, from beginners to experts. Our staff are on hand to assist those who are less confident.
How long do Clip 'n Climb sessions last?
85 minutes in total — a 30 minute sign in, harness fitting and safety brief, followed by 55 minutes climbing in the arena.
When do I need to arrive?
For a regular climbing session, please arrive 5 minutes before your booked slot.
For a birthday party, please arrive 10–15 minutes early so late comers do not eat into climbing time.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
Open toed shoes, flip flops, boots, crocs, rock shoes and heels are not permitted in the climbing arena.
Long hair must be tied back, and loose jewellery, hats or hooded tops must be removed before climbing.
Do I need to bring any equipment with me?
No, all equipment is provided and there are no additional hire fees.
We recommend bringing a water bottle plus comfortable clothes and shoes.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. E-vouchers can be bought online and sent straight to an email address of your choice.
Can I leave my child unattended?
Children under 18 need a responsible adult (parent or guardian) on site.
